Esfahan to Shiraz (or vice versa)

 Activities:
This tour is a good option for those who have limited time. After an energy-boosting breakfast, we pick you up from your hotel in Isfahan in early morning and drive to the heart of Persian culture through mountain scenery.

The first place is Pasargad, a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE and the earliest Achaemenid capital where the tomb of Cyrus the Great is well preserved.

Now is the time for lunch in a local restaurant.

Afterward, we continue our way to visit Naqsh-e Rostam, an ancient Necropolis, which is a large ancient cemetery with elaborate tomb monuments. Here you can see a group of ancient Iranian rock reliefs cut into the cliff, from the Sassanid period.

Then we continue to visit Persepolis (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE) and its brilliant architecture. An astonishing complex of palaces left from magnificent days of the Achaemenid Empire. Our tour guides tell you some of the shocking stories of how intelligent and futuristic ideas along with artistic perspectives created such a magnificent place. At the end of this fascinating trip, we drop you off at your desired place in Shiraz.
